The Elle Firm was founded by Shanelle County to help leaders think clearly, make deliberate decisions, and build organizations that can carry out their mission. She brings more than 16 years of experience across education, talent management, strategic planning, and organizational leadership, along with executive coaching training through Columbia University.
Her work connects executive perspective with the practical demands of leading an organization. Through inquiry, direct communication, and attention to the whole system, she helps leaders understand what needs to change and develop the practices to carry it forward.
